Customary Law Review does not charge authors any fees. There is no submission fee, no article processing charge (APC), and no publication fee. All costs of editorial management, peer review, DOI registration, and publication are covered by the publisher, CV Jambi Tuah Tengganai.

Articles are freely accessible to readers immediately upon publication under the journal's Open Access Policy.
