Archiving Policy

Customary Law Review uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which is based on the LOCKSS system, to create a distributed and permanent archive of the journal's content for purposes of preservation and restoration. This ensures that published articles remain accessible even if the journal ceases publication.

In addition, the publisher keeps regular backups of the journal database and article files on separate storage. Article metadata is also preserved through Crossref and Google Scholar and Garuda.
