Deposit Policy

Customary Law Review supports authors who wish to deposit their work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites. Authors may deposit:

• The submitted version (preprint) at any time, including before or during peer review.
• The accepted manuscript (postprint) immediately after acceptance.
• The published version (version of record) immediately after publication.

No embargo period applies. Any deposited version should include a full citation of the original publication and a link to the article's DOI. For versions deposited before publication, authors are asked to update the record with the final citation once the article appears in the journal.
