Educational Technology in Developing Countries (ETDC) is fully supported by the Jambi Tuah Tengganai Foundation, which covers all publication and operational costs. The editorial process and content of ETDC are entirely independent and are not influenced by advertising or commercial interests. All published manuscripts remain free from any financial or institutional interference, including from the supporting foundation or any affiliated entities.
