ETDC follows a biannual publication schedule with two issues released each year.

Educational Technology in Developing Countries (ETDC) publishes twice a year, in June and December. The journal applies a double blind peer review policy and accepts original and unpublished manuscripts focusing on educational technology and its role in addressing learning challenges and developmental issues in developing countries.
