Tunjuk Ajar: Journal of Education and Culture is committed to handling all appeals and complaints fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

Accepted Appeal Types

Editorial Decision Appeals

  • Manuscript rejection
  • Major revision requests
  • Retraction decisions
  • Withdrawal request denials

Process Complaints

  • Unfair review process
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Unprofessional behavior
  • Ethics violations

Appeal Procedure

  1. Submit written appeal within 30 days
  2. Include all supporting evidence
  3. Avoid emotional or offensive language
  4. Focus on facts and substance
  5. Wait for confirmation receipt
  6. Review by appeals committee
  7. Final decision within 30 working days

Appeals Committee

Appeals will be handled by a special committee consisting of:

  • Editor in Chief
  • Two editorial board members
  • Independent expert (if needed)
