Author Guidelines

Tunjuk Ajar: Education and Culture in Society accepts manuscripts in the fields of education and culture that have not been previously published or are not under publication elsewhere. Authors are expected to follow the guidelines below before submitting their articles.

Focus and Scope

This journal accepts articles in the fields of education and culture, including but not limited to:

✅ Learning methods and strategies
✅ Curriculum and educational policies
✅ Technology-based education
✅ Cultural studies and local wisdom
✅ Arts, literature, and language in the cultural context
✅ History and cultural anthropology

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should follow the structure outlined below:

Title

  • Written in both Indonesian and English
  • The title should be concise, clear, and reflective of the article's content (maximum of 15 words)

Author's Name and Affiliation

  • Written without academic titles
  • Affiliations should include the name of the institution and the primary author's email address

Abstract

  • Written in both Indonesian and English
  • Length: 150-250 words
  • It should include the research objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions

Keywords

  • 3-5 keywords relevant to the research

Introduction

  • Explains the background, problem formulation, and research objectives

Literature Review

  • Reviews theories and previous studies that support the research

Research Methods

  • Explains the research approach, data collection techniques, and analytical methods used.

Results and Discussion

  • Presents research findings in text, tables, or figures.
  • The results should be discussed in relation to previous research.

Conclusion

  • Summarizes the main findings and research implications.

References

  • Written using APA Style 7th Edition.
  • It is recommended to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.
